About Us
Burning Brighter Candles began in early 2016 by Isaiah as a fundraiser for a summer mission trip to Mexico. We purchased our first materials from someone leaving the candle making business and we were off. We began selling candles to everyone we knew. Soon we booked a spot at the DeSoto Farmers’ Market and many spring and summer festivals. Isaiah was able to go on the mission trip along with Joseph, who went again in March 2017. Paul and Debby traveled with a group from First Baptist Church of DeSoto to Verona, Italy where the gospel was presented along with an American Thanksgiving dinner. The continuing mission of Burning Brighter is to spread the gospel of Christ around the world, one light at a time.
